By placing an order with Plentiful Kitchen, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

About Plentiful Kitchen

Plentiful Kitchen is an organic meal delivery service based in the San Francisco Bay Area, founded by Chef Inbal. We prepare and deliver fresh, organic, naturally gluten and dairy free meals to clients across the Bay Area every Tuesday.

Ordering

Orders must be placed by Thursday midnight for delivery the following Tuesday. Orders placed after Thursday midnight will be processed for the following week’s delivery.

By placing an order you confirm that the delivery information you have provided is accurate and complete. Plentiful Kitchen is not responsible for missed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or no one being available to receive the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if we are unable to fulfil it due to ingredient availability, capacity, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases you will be notified promptly and any payment will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of ingredients and preparation. A delivery fee of $20 is added at checkout. New clients pay a one-time, non-refundable $65 glass container fee at checkout.

Payment is collected at the time of ordering through our secure ordering platform. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers before they take effect.

Subscription

Subscribers receive a $10 weekly discount compared to pay as you go pricing. Subscription deliveries are automatic and recurring every Tuesday.

To pause or cancel your subscription, please notify us at least two weeks before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect from the following delivery cycle.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each week. To make changes to your order, please do so before Thursday at midnight

Delivery

We deliver to the San Francisco Bay Area every Tuesday. Delivery areas include San Francisco, Marin County, the East Bay, and the Peninsula. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

Meals are delivered fresh and chilled. We recommend refrigerating your meals immediately upon delivery and consuming them within four to five days. Plentiful Kitchen is not responsible for food quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, please ensure a safe and accessible location is available. Plentiful Kitchen is not responsible for meals that are left unrefrigerated for extended periods after delivery.

Glass container rental

New clients pay a one-time $65 glass container rental fee at checkout. This fee is non-refundable unless you order only once and return all containers in good condition.

Glass Pyrex containers remain the property of Plentiful Kitchen. Clients are responsible for returning containers with their next delivery. Containers that are lost, broken, or not returned may be charged at replacement cost.

Please handle containers with care. Do not place hot Pyrex on cold surfaces or expose them to sudden temperature changes as this may cause breakage.

Refunds and cancellations

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to make it right, which may include a partial credit or replacement meals on your next order.

We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been prepared and delivered unless there is a genuine quality or safety issue.

If you need to cancel a one-time order, please notify us before Thursday midnight of the week before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this deadline cannot be accommodated as your meals will already be in preparation.

Allergies and dietary requirements

All Plentiful Kitchen meals are prepared in a dedicated gluten and dairy free kitchen. However, we cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from all allergens. Our meals may contain nuts, eggs, soy, fish, and other common allergens.

If you have a severe allergy or specific dietary requirement beyond gluten and dairy free, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise whether our service is suitable for you.

Plentiful Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergen information or inaccurate information provided by ingredient suppliers.

Ingredient changes

Our menus rotate weekly based on seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients based on quality and availability without notice, while maintaining the overall character and nutritional profile of each dish.

Intellectual property

All content on the Plentiful Kitchen website, including recipes, photographs, copy, and branding, is the property of Plentiful Kitchen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Plentiful Kitchen’s liability to you in connection with any order or use of our service is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
