What is included in each delivery?
Every delivery includes your choice of mains, sides, and extras. Extras rotate weekly and include a dessert, a breakfast item, and a snack.
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you save $10 every week, which adds up to $520 per year. Update your meal selection by Thursday midnight each week or we will choose them for you. Start with a one week trial. Skip or pause anytime with two weeks notice. Cancellations or pauses requested with less than two weeks notice will incur a $100 fee.
What ingredients do you use?
Every meal starts with organic ingredients, cooked exclusively in avocado oil. For our sauces and dressings we use cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. No seed oils, ever. Our meats are grass fed and finished, our fish is wild caught, and our produce comes from local farms. Everything we make is naturally gluten and dairy free.
What is the $65 container fee?

New clients pay a one-time $65 container fee at checkout. This covers your set of reusable glass containers and the cost of collecting, washing, and maintaining them week after week. The fee is non-refundable.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Always fresh, never frozen. Every meal is cooked from scratch the week it is delivered and arrives chilled and ready to heat.
How do I know what is on the menu each week?

Our menu changes every week and is available on our store every Sunday. We use seasonal ingredients so there is always something new to look forward to. Place your order by Thursday midnight for delivery the following Tuesday.

Can I change my plan?

You can change your plan anytime. Simply come back to this page, answer the three questions with your new preferences, and place your order.
